Multicenter, Phase III, Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled Trial of Pravastatin Added to First-Line Standard Chemotherapy in Small-Cell Lung Cancer (LUNGSTAR). Curves rebuilt as patient-level data (Guyot 2012) and checked against the statistics printed on the figure.
